  • Clean up after yourself in shared spaces.

  • Adhere to established curfew times:
    Weekdays: 10 PM
    Weekends: 11 PM
  • Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM.
  • Visitors are allowed only during approved hours.
  • Attendance at scheduled meetings is mandatory.
  • Communicate with staff for any absences or schedule changes.
  • No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons allowed.
  • Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas.
  • Do not damage house property.
  • Keep rooms in good condition and follow staff-approved alterations.
  • Store personal items in designated areas.
  • Follow meal times and clean the kitchen after use.
  • Label personal food items in shared areas.
  • Do not take food not belonging to you.
  • Handle disagreements respectfully; seek staff mediation if necessary.
  • No physical or verbal confrontation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including fire evacuation.
  • No open flames, candles, or incense indoors.
  • Report unsafe behavior or emergencies to staff.
  • Consequences vary by the severity of violations.
  • Minor infractions may lead to warnings or temporary restrictions.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in probation, suspension, or removal.

1. Sponsor Requirement
Must secure a sponsor within 10 days and provide contact information.

2. Deposits & Fees
$200 non-refundable administration fee, $200 refundable deposit, and one week's rent due on arrival.

3. Rent
Rent is due every Friday no later than 9:00 PM.

4. Home Group
Must join a home group within 14 days.

5. Mandatory Meetings
Attend all mandatory meetings and 4 12-step meetings weekly.

6. Check-In
Check in with staff by 7 PM every Friday.
Failure to check-in may result in fines or immediate termination.

7. Employment
Clients must seek employment immediately.
If not working, client must prove job search efforts daily.
Clients not working must attend 2 12-step meetings per weekday or 20 hours of community service weekly.

8. Chores
Chores must be completed by noon or before leaving in the morning.
Failure to complete chores may result in fines or discharge.

9. Curfews
Phase-based curfews range from 10:30 PM to no curfew in Phase 4.

10. Overnights and Extended Stay Passes

  • Requests for overnights or extended stays must be approved in advance.

11. Dress Code & Smoking

  • Appropriate dress is required.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors; designated outdoor smoking areas provided.

12. Guests

  • No guests allowed without approval.
  • Men and women must adhere to property restrictions for gender-specific areas.

13. Drugs, Alcohol & Drug Screens

  • Alcohol and unauthorized substances are prohibited.
  • Random drug and alcohol tests may be conducted at any time.

14. Relapse Protocol

  • First relapse may result in a 3-day detox or stabilization.
  • Second relapse may lead to discharge and required residential treatment.

15. Search Procedure

  • Clients and their property are subject to unannounced searches.
  • Refusal to cooperate can result in immediate termination.

16. Medications

  • Clients must keep medications secure and report any new prescriptions.
  • Narcotics, medical marijuana, and certain substances are prohibited.

17. General House Rules

  • Quiet time is from 11 PM to 8 AM.
  • No loitering in parking lots, vehicles, or driveways.
  • Candles, incense, and fireworks are prohibited.
  • No sleeping on couches.

18. Discharge

  • Discharge paperwork must be signed before leaving.
  • Items left behind will be held for 10 days; after that, they will be disposed of.

19. Violence

  • Zero tolerance for physical or verbal violence.

20. Grounds for Immediate Termination

  • Fraternization, non-compliance with house rules, and serious misconduct may lead to immediate discharge.
